Sick again

I have had a headache constantly since Monday morning. Sore throat since last Saturday. Been chalking them up to allergies.
Well I ran a fever last evening and this morning. So I called in to work, and trudged over to the walk in clinic.
Doc was not positive it was strep but did a swab. I have indicators that I have strep, so we will treat it.
Bob is headed out to pick up my antibiotics. I just cannot seem to get a break.
I felt unwell last night, but we had gone out to pick up our taxes and sign the dreaded dotted line.
When we got home I went to bed, rather than coming here.
So I was missing in action. I am going back to bed now, so will be missing some more.

I was afraid you had Covid again when you told us you were feeling unwell... Take your time and feel better soon. You know we'll still be here when you feel like talking with us again.

@DaddyEvil Your immune system sounds very weak. I have not caught the latest, which is a stomach bug.

Covid did not make me very sick at all. However everything else I have had while we were avoiding covid made me miserable.

@GardenGerty Pretty has picked up some illnesses, not Covid thankfully, while at different doctors' offices and once, when she forgot her mask at the Post Office. Then she always gives me whatever she catches.
I'm glad we don't have as much contact with people as you have... I'd be miserable all the time. (When Pretty was still in school, she'd bring home every illness that was going around and give it to me. She wouldn't have much trouble with it but I was down for days at a time.)

Getting rid of stress helps, and probiotic foods help. Physical therapist told my husband to get out in the sunshine every day to get healthy and strong. I need to do the same.

That might do it the antis for strep..
Get some Elderberry at Walmart..effervescent tabs, or gummies. It works.
