As you will be all active here I will be saying good night to all It is already 10:22 in the evening If I will not sleep I will get hungry.

And I can feel it coming

And I don't want to eat

And I am tired, it is hot. So I am going not to my bed to have my Fridate

@allknowing that means I am letting my body chew on all the food and use up all the energy so there will be fewer fats stored. It also means I am cleansing my body
