The versatile Lady's fingers

Lady's finger is one of my favourite vegetable as I can cook them in several different ways.
We make a curry adding prawns. They are slit and stuffed with masala and fried. They are chopped fine and cooked in vinegar, ginger and green chilies. They are cooked in tomatoes and pepper powder. Then there is a curry we make by just adding tomatoes, chili and turmeric powder and temper with crackled mustard seeds and garlic. A curry in coconut juice tastes delicious.
Lady's fingers are rich in iron.
How do you cook your lady's fingers?

They're the same thing as okra, aren't they? We'll be planting some in our garden soon. We love them fried in corn meal and oil.
