My Secret in Cooking

I am a Knorr cube baby, and this is what some Filipinos use to make their meals yummy. They are good when cooking some meals with soup. We can use pork, chicken, and beef broth cubes. I used it when I cooked pork stew with veggies for lunch today. It was like being in seventh heaven when eating it with rice. Do you have any secrets in cooking?

I really don`t have secret with my cooking. I just make sure that the taste from the meat and seasonings will bring out the taste I like

I also do the same thing now. Since I started to learn the cooking per se, I am appreciating the moment of being a non-professional cook in the house.

I have seen Knorr at the grocery store but have never bought any of it. As for cooking, I keep it really simple because I am not a very good cook.

I only cook what is simple as I do not cook for anyone but myself. My main concern is that the food is nutritious.

I must say that I am not an expert in cooking, too. But I am trying to learn it in a hard way now.

We have pork, beef and chicken cubes we use in our cooking. Do you ever buy the Knorr pasta packages? I cook meat and then cook the pasta with the cooked meat. It's so good!

@Shavkat When you go shopping, see if you can find packages like these or check Amazon.com for them. For us, they aren't expensive and the make cooking a meal easy. You just cook whatever kind of meat you like (Mostly, I fry chicken or I fry ground beef.) and then drain any liquid off the meat and follow the instructions on the back of the package of pasta (or rice). When it's done, your meal is ready. Screenshot is mine.

I think Worcestershire sauce would probably be my 'secret ingredient'

I rarely use those artificial seasonings. I'd rather choose natural flavorings like boiling the meat itself for the broth, different kinds of herbs and spices, plain salt and some sugar to add flavor to my food. Sometimes I use flavorful oils, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce. But those are no secret anymore.

I think I got all your secrets. Thanks for sharing them. I do agree that it is better to have the broth naturally.
