Coriander leaves - cilantro are a must in many of our dishes. We use them in making the herbal chutney, in a green masala that is used for making many dishes, it is also chopped and added when we make bread or dahi wada, egg scramble, upama and last but not the least it is chopped and added to salads such as tomato, cucumber, cabbage.
These are some items where we use coriander leaves and there could be more. I have tried to grow coriander leaves but have not met with success
I like the smell of coriander leaves. Do you use cilantro - coriander leaves?

I loveit. But I prefer to buy it. When I can“t use it all fresh I cut it up and freeze it. It is not as good but it is better than nothing.

I put it in the fridge with stems in a glass of water and it remains fresh for a few days.

@allknowing Coriander is not very popular here in Europe, many do not like the smell and the taste. I use mainly in Mexican and Chinese dishes.

I eat coriander. Usually, when we stew fish, we add some chopped coriander to the fish soup. I have also eaten coriander raw with some soy sauce before. You can also cut cilantro into sections and stir fry it with eggs
