Bake with Me.

After a long time I baked again. I don't like to bake in summer. I get sweaty all over.

But this is a request from a few days ago or maybe a week from my daughter. So I bake the chocolate cake in loaf pans. I will still have to do the ganache. Maybe tomorrow morning when it's not so hot. Did you bake anything recently?

I am no expert at baking! And wife has no immediate plans. We do however use our Oven to heat a few things in that.

@rakski Snickerdoodles were the last thing I baked. They were the favorite cookies of my late mother so for Christmas a few years ago I made a big bunch, and gave them out.

No, I didn't. I'm not good at cooking, so my DIL does it all, baking cakes, muffins, making ice creams and pies and everything. By the way, her pizza pies are the best.

You're a sweet parent, Your daughter would be very happy.

No. It's a deep dark chocolate moist cake. I used dutch chocolate powder so the color is much darker

Chocolate cake with ganache sounds absolutely yummy. I baked a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting recently.
