The sun is out and so is the wind. It's keeping things cool and the humidity down, but it's not a cold wind. Chilly is having some couch time because the sun and clouds are busy playing a game of peak-a-booo. A perfect spring day. With it being the first of the month, we have to weigh Chilly, something we've started since we learned of his kidney issues. The vets seem to think it's a good idea. He thinks he hates the scale, but if we get him purring, it usually works out for us. And, it's not hard to do.

@CarolDM She doesn't like being held? I tried that with Chilly, but he moved around so much, that George and I decided to get a baby scale. If we get him purring, he takes to it pretty well.

Some around the nine to ten pound range. A cat his size could safely get to around 15 pounds, but he doesn't need to be that heavy.

Sounds like a really good day overall. Here it's cloudy which doesn't bother me, it should be a bit more humid but I just checked and it's 9% humidity, not as high as I'd like to keep our desert plants happy.
