In Malda and Murshidabad there are lovely spinach plantations. Bengal grows many types of spinach like palak, pui shakh, lal shakh to name a few. On cloudy days there is lovely experience to visit them. They are grown with covered planting. Beside the spinach farms papayas are grown.
