Yet another street food found on the streets of India.
As you can see in the photo they are tiny puffed up purees with space to fill them with a delicious liquid. They are just put in the mouth and in seconds they disappear.
There is competition among friends as to how many they can have in a given time. The world record is eating 27 pani purees in 60 seconds.
Have you had this experience How many have you eaten at a given time.

It seems a shame to gobble them all up, and not take the time to appreciate the flavor. Then again, it seems like a guy thing to hold a competition to see who can eat the most in the shortest amount of time. God bless whomever gives it a go!

Small quantities can be made by hand but I suppose big quantities would surely require a machine





, that we seem to have no problem playing along.
Here, they add some potato chaat as a filling as well.
