Climate Controlled Storage for my Ebay Items

I was driving by the post office today and saw a sign advertising a new climate-controlled storage facility. I was quite excited because the facility is directly behind the post office which is an 8-minute drive from my house.
I currently have my eBay items stored in the closest climate-controlled facility near me, but it is a 35-minute drive. My husband is so annoyed with me for "wasting gas" to drive that far every time I have an eBay sale. I have 4-day shipping so I only have to go once or twice a week, if I have sales. I try to always combine the trip to the storage place with grocery shopping as there are a few grocery stores in that town. But he knows I still have to make extra trips.
These new storage lockers will be completed in 4 to 5 weeks. I would love to get on a waiting list for one if they have the size I need, at a good price. I am hopeful.
If you sell on eBay, Poshmark, or The Facebook Marketplace, where do you keep your items that are for sale?

I am curious. What kind of stuff do you keep in the climate controlled facility. This is the first time I heard about this kind of place.

I sell about 50% vintage household items, 50% men's and women's clothing and shoes, and sometimes plush stuffed animals. The reason I need climate control is because of the clothing and plush items. I live in the deep South where it is hot and humid for about 4 months of the year and that can cause dampness and mold and mildew in clothing and on shoes if I were to just have an outside facility. The new place has had outside storage units for a while, but this climate-controlled area will is in a new building that they are just putting up.

Sure will, and I am already at the post office a few times per week so it won't be out of the way at all. I just hope the prices aren't too high. I need a larger storage unit than what I have at the other facility and since I am hoping to be one of the first users for this new place, I hope they have the size that I need available.

I hope you can get one of those storage that is closer is it?
I dont sell anywhere at this time so..even if I did, no storage it would only be stored here in my apartment..not much.
