Because I can watch a lot of old movies with no TV through the lap top.
Yesterday I watched again The king´s speech. It was muche better than the coronation I missed, I´m sure.
And today I asked myself what did I want to watch again. And I remembered Disney´s Fantasia, the most beautiful movie with the music of the beat classic musicians of the world.
I stopped to write this post because it is a must. It was created in 1940 and is as new as it was back then.
I just watched The sorcerer´s apprentice and I know that you will all love it.

You can usually watch new movies on the laptop, too. At least you can in the US. There are lots of sites that will let you watch them for free.
This is the site I've been using lately but I don't know if it will work for you, too.

U´ll check it. But I have been wanting to watch again Fantasia for decades. You just can´t watch now the old Disney movies.

@marguicha We buy the Disney movies... We still have some of them on VHS. 
Luckily, my old VHS player still works. (When Pretty was little, we could only buy VHS tapes.)

Once I had this big screen tv and I couldn't watch stuff on the tv. I enjoyed the movie, The King's Speech. Fantasia is such a good movie.

Well, the writers here in hollywood all on strike. I am glad you are prepared because not sure the rest of us will be. There will no good new shows in next three months they said and to be honest they were not making many good shows anyway.
It will be worse, though. I can go on with capitalism forever and it may be great at getting people out of the poor house quickly but it has to be one of the most inefficient economic platforms ever when it gets to the big stage. Talk about waste and abuse.

The King's Speech was a magnificent movie as well as educational about King George. I have been watching a lot of old classic movies lately. And many of the old Disney cartoon movies were not only entertaining but had a moral lesson too. Snow White, Bambi and Pinnochio comes to mind. With everything so woke and overproduced today in my opinion, a good classic is much more satisfying.
