I´m thinking about pasta and pesto for dinner.

It is very easy because I have enough pesto to last until next year.
I cook the pasta al dente, add olive oil and then some pesto. And I top it with Parmesan cheese. Et voilá!
I am not much interested in cooking too much in my kitchen. I have tried to find someone who can fix it but to no avail. People just don´t like to work.
Tomorrow Anita is coming. I finally will not go out this week s María has her son ill and can´t have me. I will go on cleaning up the closet.

I love pesto and usually cook ground beef to go with the pasta and pesto.
I thought you were supposed to be staying with Maria this week.
I'm watching the lightning streak across the clouds and waiting for the rain to start.

María´s son hasa tendon problem and he will have to go to therapy and not work. He was going to work out of the city and we would be alone remembering old times. we decided to wait until he was out of the way.

Today I have a doctor's appointment. Then we will go out to eat at Texas Roadhouse!
