I went out to my iris

It is hard to choose what to share. I have three varieties that are smaller blooms, not so fancy and ruffled. I suspect they are the original iris that the other fancy ones have been bred from.
I also have lots of big fluffy iris.
Some of my white iris are pure white, while some have yellow stamens (?).
The available varieties are delightful.
The first image is of two of the darker iris, one looks nearly black.
I will certainly have to add more later, or when we get back.

Those are both real lookers. My mom had quite a collection. A dozen or so and, I liked the light blue and the peach as well as these darker ones.

My peach has not bloomed yet this year. I have not had a light blue, but I have seen them.

We were dry this winter, but have lots of flowers. More than last year, but this is the second year I have had them in my yard.

@GardenGerty Woh, you were dry this winter? Isn't that unusual? We were unusually wet this winter. The ground got more than a well enough soaking, so things are just growing and blooming like crazy this year. Your irises are doing great!!

@GardenGerty I also like gladioli and but I only have them in three colors, I have to ask to a neighbor if she gives me some bulbs of her pink ones.
