Every pantry must include a packet of corn flour. Apart from using it for making, muffins, pancake mixes, bread, biscuits, breakfast cereals, doughnuts, it acts as abinding and stabilizing factor Corn fluor added while making cutlets will help cutlets to remain firm. In ice creams it acts as a stabilizer and the ice cream does not melt easily. What is sweet corn chicken or crab soup if there is no corn flour added to it? Can you think of any other uses of corn flour? Image credit:https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Corn_flour.jpg

Corn flour is excellent to soak spilled oil, good to clean playing cards and to polish silver.

My mom used to keep corn flour on hand. I don't use it myself, but I don't use any flour often at all.

Hmmm, I have never used corn flour but a friend of mine uses it to make corn tortillas ..... of course she only does this about once a year because it is a very boring endeavor
