@banksim Tiramisu is a coffee flavored Italian dessert. It's made of ladyfingers (like a sponge cake) dipped in coffee, liqueur, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese, flavored with cocoa. I'm not sure if you're familiar with mascarpone cheese, but if you're not you're probably thinking, gross, cheese in a dessert? But it's not like cheese you'd put on a sandwich. It's soft, like cream cheese (although tastes differently than cream cheese). A bite of tiramisu just melts in your mouth.
