The dodo bird was a flightless bird native to Mauritius that went extinct in the 17th century. It had a large, plump body, small wings, and a rounded beak. The dodo's inability to fly and its lack of fear towards humans made it an easy target for hunting and predation by introduced species. It went extinct but I heard some scientists are trying to bring it back to life using it's DNA. So have you ever of the dodo bird before?

It is a shame they are extinct. I certainly have read a lot about them over the years though.
