I Made Chicken Enchiladas for Supper

We really enjoyed our supper tonight. I had leftover cooked chicken in the refrigerator. So I decided to make us some chicken enchiladas for supper.
They turned out really delicious:) I fixed one large enchilada for myself. While Jay fixed himself two fairly large ones. We needed a little bit more lettuce, but that was OK.
Tomorrow we can pick up some lettuce at Wal Mart. We keep running out of things, then need to head for the store!
Today, it was bread and milk, items that we never do without. Yesterday, it was coffee, something that I use every single day.
We used to make a shopping list, lately we haven't been doing this as much.
Oh well! When Jay goes to Wal Mart, he always sees about three people he hasn't seen in quite a while. It's a surprise social time, that he really enjoys.

Hello! its me sam. and now I am back, I think my grandma once made something like this and I remember it taste so delicious like. yea its really good.

I'm glad we got home before it started to rain! We had to close our windows, to keep things indoors from getting wet!

@DevMrSamEleazar We just got our laundry done, at a laundry mat. We don't have a washer or a dryer at this time. We sold our home in April and had to move into a rental house.

@kobesbuddy Ohhh glad to know that. yall behave like how my family also behaves. when they feel the rain is building up by dark clouds. we are mostly running to close the windows and also to take the laundry outside the house.

@kobesbuddy Mexico is not around the corner and we have so many different wonderful cuisine in Europe, from Greek to Spanish and Italian. Why should we consider Mexican food?

@kobesbuddy — you can make your own. It’s just potatoes cooked in a slow cooker in chicken stock, then puréed for thickness. Add what you like after that. I’ve put a bag of frozen chopped broccoli in it before, and one batch is being mixed with Progresso light cheddar & broccoli soup.

I like sitting in my recliner, putting items in my Walmart cart and having hubby pick them up at the store. That's my kind of shopping! lol Anything new on the lot horizon?

Your dinner sounds good. I know the feeling I can’t go without coffee if I run out of creamer which normally happens a couple days before going to the store I will go without coffee
