Got OKed on a Lot in Kawkawlin, Mi.

Kawkawlin is a small town in Michigan. It's located about one miles from Bay City.
Yes, we got OKed for our bid, on a nice lot in Kawkawlin.
There are neighbors on both sides of the lot, I'm glad about this. And no trees to cut down, which will save us some money. Jay said we can plant some trees, which will be nice.
This lot is simply a rectangular piece of land, covered with grass. It's fairly big, which means we will need to invest in a riding lawnmower. That's fine, it can be an early Christmas present to both of us.
When we go to sign the paperwork, I will take a picture to show you. I refuse to get excited about this, then I won't get disappointed if the deal falls through.
The Realtor is from Bay City, her name is Patty. I met her one time, but don't remember what she looks like. Jay has spoken to her over the phone, to get the ball rolling on this deal.
I'll keep you updated, hopefully this is the final purchase of a lot.

The entire process will take about a week, to get the paperwork files. Then, another week for us to receive the owner's title. The construction will take about two months, Jay estimates.
