Creamed Chicken Over Rice, String Beans

Our supper tonight will be creamed chicken over rice and string beans. I already had cooked chicken in the refrigerator, I just had to cut it up in smaller pieces.
So, at about 4:30P I will be making some rice and warming up some string beans. This should make a nice meal, for us to enjoy tonight. I'm getting hungry already!
Also, I'll slice some fresh tomatoes, Jay usually doesn't take any. That's OK, I really love them with this meal.

Your dinner sounds delicious. I just had my grocery order and considering that I never seemed to get good fresh tomatoes ordered some canned.

@kobesbuddy for me they are the best kind of tomatoes. It is strange but the one tie I bought fresh tomatoes they had no taste. Then I remembered the tomatoes we grew in our greenhouse in Latvia and I have bought canned tomatoes since that time,

We just didn't have any dairy foods, that's easy enough to add at lunchtime.

I can't fast, or I end up passing out. My glucose level need to remain stable, or I'd go into a coma.
