Sort of mid day

Actually it is not really mid day. It is after 3 p.m, but it is the middle of what I am getting done today.
I did go out shortly before noon and do some lawn mowing and some watering. I will do more in a little bit. I took an early nap before I did that.
We ate generous portions of home made vegetable soup. I ate saltines with mine and we had black grapes as well. Now Bob is napping.
Bob is supposed to cook steak for us tonight. I am donating blood Thursday and I always like to eat iron rich foods before donation day. Maybe he will cook it tomorrow, though.
In today's mail I got a welcome letter from our new Head of Special Education for our co operative. I feel really positive about her as it is an internal promotion. She knows us and values us and understands what we need. It also contained the schedule for the beginning of the year and for our day long inservice August 2. It is nice to have the agenda set.
The school board also approved the schedule for next year and I have that online to print.
I wore both sunscreen and insect repellent for outside chores. I dislike both, but it is important to take those precautions. Both of them seem to hold the heat in and make me sweat more, though.
Right now I am switching back and forth between surveys and myLot. I am focused on Crowdtap at this time. I learned about it here and I can recommend it to my friends.

Are you just too busy? Or is it a technology problem?

I haven't been on CrowdTap in a long time. I'm glad that you got your schedule for the new school year already. Don't overdo the outside work. Enjoy your day.

Someone has to do the outside work, so I do as much as I possibly can. Why are you skipping on CrowdTap.? It pays better than most of the other things I do.

@GardenGerty I spend a lot of time on Prolific. I made $170 last month. They are only taking waiting list people right now. One of these days I might go back there.

I should probably water my garden, too. Everything is a bit on the dry side. It's supposed to rain today (maybe) but I'm not holding my breath.

If you water, it will go ahead and rain, you know.

I have been on Crowdtap since last year and I have now seen that it is becoming harder to get to the first 1000 points. It is still a great survey sie but it just seems that there are too few surveys now. I got my gift cards a lot sooner usually. I am keeping up the good fight just wondering if it is because of the summer or something else,

Hmmm.. I seem to have surveys to do every day. Maybe because I am newish and they have not asked me everything yet.

@GardenGerty I don't know but lately, there does seem to be more on Crowdtap finally. I do not know what kind of a system they have but they are really great for gift cards,

Did Bob make the steak tonight? I'm sure mowing the lawn makes you hot and sweaty without the added sunscreen and insect repellent.
I have a Crowdtap account. It's been a long time since I was on there. I never earned enough to cash out. I'm glad it's worth it.

I think the secret is to go there every day. I have only cashed out once or twice, but I save for big cashouts. 5000 points earned $25 gift card to Amazon.

My iron levels still were not high enough for their standards. I was bummed out.

No, I actually am ready to go back. I like my coworkers and I have more clear direction on where I am going with my student. For me one month is plenty of time off.

@GardenGerty That’s great! I tend to think of everyone feeling exhausted, and needing a good, solid four months off.

I don't know how you're managing to mow with it so hot outside.

No more than thirty minutes outdoors at a time. I do not get a lot done, but it is something at least.

@GardenGerty About 30 minutes is all the mowing time a battery charge lasts but I overheat in that 30 minutes.

We do not always get informed ahead. This is much better planning.
