Cuddled together

Sunny seeks her father's company and here you see her cuddle with Peppie her father. Peppie is least bothered but as I have said earlier does tolerate her around Here you see he is actually having his paw around her may not be by choice but that pose made him comfortable and Sunny likes it that way. But Sunny is still not letting me touch her and I do not know if she ever will as Beckie her mother behaves in the same way. How I wish I could just lift Sunny and cuddle her. Do your cats allow that?

I have never had a cat, but my friend’s cats always let me pet them, and some let me pick them up.

Start just gently touching her when she is eating. Just a second and walk away. Slowly do that longer each day. She will learn it doesn't hurt

We have had cats when we were in the city and all of them let us cuddle and they even sat on our laps. I do not know what is wrong with this lot.
