Google Was Hard to Navigate for This Ole Broad

Two days ago I saw on my credit card that I was being charged for a subscription monthly that I don't recall signing up for. I did some detective work and found that my daughter had subscribed and my card was on her device. We got that straightened out. I called Google's toll-free number. The rep asked a few questions and said she couldn't connect me to the right place but she would send them the info and then they would send me an email with instructions on what I needed to do. So I waited awhile and kept checking my email. More than 24 hours later I still hadn't gotten any email so I checked further online. I found some instructions with another yard-long link and followed that and still could not find the place the instructions were talking about. Then I realized I needed to use the same device my daughter had used so I called on her and had her bring me her phone. It took several other Google sites but I found the right one, followed three steps, and got it done. Whoa! Only took two days to get one app cancelled.
