I am sure many of us have heard of the movie about snakes getting onboard an airplane.
Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) spokesperson Sherri Ly admits that how a snake managed to get aboard a Blue Line Train at Reagan Airport on Wednesday of last week without paying for a ticket to ride the train.
Ly mentioned that after the snake was aboard the train, the train was removed from service the same day and placed in the yard overnight when animal control officers came aboard in an attempt to remove the snake from the train.
The animal control officers did not find the snake inside the train while the train was in the yard since the snake left the train and went to his home.
Thank goodness no one was hurt in the incident since I am sure if the passengers did see a snake inside a train, they would have been scared.

It probably was someone's pet. I doubt he found his way home. Poor snake.

I know what you mean that the snake could have gotten away from his owner.
