Potoler dollars is a special dish in Bengal. It's stuffed pointed gourd. The stuffing can be anything according to your choice. I stuffed them with minced prawns that I sauted them some spices. I was the first time I stuffed with a non-veg. I did like it and my son too. Pointed gourd is a very common vegetable in Indian kitchen. In Bengal it's used to make sweets too. Are you familiar pointed gourd in your country?

@DaddyEvil Yes, it is but it doesn't grow in Madhya Pradesh. When my sister was there she used to take pointed gourd whenever she came to me in Odisha or visited my brother in Bengal.

You shouldn't as the vegetable doesn't grow in your country.
