Roasted maize for dinner!

I don't know if you have ever tried this but today we all decided to eat some roasted maize as our dinner Since in our place, maize harvesting has begun and before the maize dry up in the field, we thought to have a small celebration of the production. The roosted maize, we also prepared tea, making it a simple meal. what do you think of it? Have you ever eaten roasted maize?

I believe maize is corn, isn’t it? I’ve eaten roasted corn. It’s good.

@thebos I sometimes boil corn, sometimes put it in vegetable soup. I like creamy corn too, cut oFf the cob and cooked in milk.

It's usually my favourite, in most cases how do you take it, do you prefer a drink or just the roasted maize

@thebos I have eaten corn on the cob. Hispanic people eat a lot of maize when they make tamales or tortillas.

I have had roasted maize once, when I was on vacation, out of state as a child. I didn’t roast it myself though. I would like to try it again.
