Perfect for a Rainy Wednesday Evening

Hello, guys! What’s up I hope everything is good. I just want to share my meal with you because it is perfect for a rainy Wednesday night. When it rains, most Filipinos enjoy eating dried fish or squid. We typically serve it with fried rice, coffee, and scrambled eggs. I have got this thing where I pour some hot coffee over rice. I got the idea from my mother, who also does it. After dinner, I would be watching a movie on Netflix (Stillwater) before going to bed. I know some people would find it pretty strange, but it is what it is.

We prefer to eat fritters when it rains and these can be of potatoes, Onions, Spinach, Bread, Cheese

I've never tried this but I like fish and squid so I'd probably enjoy it. I haven't tried pouring coffee over rice!
