We Did go Out for Dinner Wednesday

After going to the recycling center, Jay and I stopped at Meijer's for a few sale items. He buys turkey sausage here, I forget the brand name he likes best.
After we picked up a few items at WalMart, we stopped for dinner at Ponderosa.
Wednesday is a senior buffet night special, for $10. The buffet was good, with a choice of hot meats, hot side dishes, vegetables, a variety of salad greens, a drink and the dessert bar.
Jay loves their bread pudding or apple cobbler with soft-serve ice cream. I had soft-serve with chopped peanuts, it was good:)

There was also a Bonanza in Bay City, it's closed also.

@kobesbuddy I wish they'd build some decent restaurants out where we are. Mostly what we have is fast food.

The Ponderosa by us closed it was ok but not as good as it use to be. I am sure you enjoyed it.

I used to like Ponderosa, but I have no idea where there is one anymore. Sounds yummy.

They had all kinds on meat dishes on the buffet, not just roast chicken.

Yum, I haven't been to a Ponderosa in forever. I think they are out of business in this area. Golden Corral is the chain here like Ponderosa. What a feed lot!

My daughter took us to Golden Corral, it was wonderful food! That was in North Carolina.
