My Husband is Having Surgery Tomorrow

My husband has been having pain from Spinal Stenosis, which has caused Sciatica pain, since January. He has tried physical therapy, pain medication, steroid injections and acupuncture and nothing has worked. We feel that surgery is the last thing to try. He is almost 89 and I am concerned about him having surgery at his age, not only physically, but also because of the effects of the anesthesia on his memory, but I don't want him to have to live in pain. Prayers would be very appreciated.
