I've just been to the little Tesco again..

My weather app said mostly cloudy and 32% chance of rain, so I put my coat in the trolley just in case but did not put it on. I set off and there was a truck just a few doors down with Traffic Maintenance on the side of it. They're going to be doing some roadworks on our street and they're going to be putting those orange cones down. Further down the street, someone was mowing her lawn. I sang a few Sam Ryder songs to myself as I was walking down the street. When I got to the shop, I got 2 TV magazines as usual. Then I got a bounty bar for my step-dad, some liquorice Allsorts snd and some marshmallows. Then I got some pitted dates and some strawberries. Next I got a box of Alpen with no added sugar for me and some egg custard tarts for my Mum and step-dad. Then I got 2 bottles of milk and then I went to pay. There was a new lady serving me today. I put the items in the trolley, and I was just about to get out Mum's Tesco club card and the money to pay, when the lady reached over and moved my trolley across saying, there was a spider, I didn't want it to get on you. I looked but I couldn't see any spider and I thought she was having me on. She said, I think it's gone now. I paid, and the lady asked me if I wanted the receipt. When I said no, thank you she actually listened to me and didn't give it to me! I set off for home. When I got home I was just about to put the trolley in when I saw a long legged spider crawling up it. I took the trolley back out but the spider seemed to have disappeared and I don't know where it went! I went in to my Mum and said there's a spider on the trolley and I don't want to bring it in! I told her about the lady in the shop and said obviously the spider had gone because it had gone onto the trolley! Mum said she couldn't see it and it had probably gone now anyway, especially the way I was banging the trolley about. So I brought the trolley in, unpacked the groceries and put them away. I gave Mum her change, Tesco club card and shopping list. I still don't know if I brought the spider in with me! Now I'm watching Homes Under the Hammer again. What are you all getting up to?
