Question: Is it important for people to remember the past?

There is nothing wrong if we linger the memories from the past.
It is how we mold to a better version of ourselves.
If they turned to a bad situation, it is their personal choice.
Either way, it changed our lives.
Moreover, it is not healthy to dwell in the past.
What's your take about this concern?

I think it is a good thing to remember lessons we learned in the past so that we do not make the same mistakes again. I like to remember happy times when life was much different to how it is now.

I always try to remember the past but look ahead to the future. Learn from the mistakes but don't dwell on them

I try not to dwell on my bad memories, but I love to reminisce on the good ones. I’ve been blessed to have more good then bad.

I feel one can remember the good memories of past but shouldn't dwell on the bad ones.
