I will be leaving soon, but wanted to get here for a little while.
We have a new principal at school, a new head of special ed, as well. And our former principal has moved up to be superintendent.
I do not know much about the new principal, but the other two promotions are from within and I believe it will be positive.
Maybe I will have more to write when I get home. We shall see.

@DaddyEvil We do not have rain predicted but there was a five minute or so shower around 6 a.m. My mowers both need some care. I will be home tomorrow morning and can perhaps get some mowing done. You and Pretty be careful in the heat.

@Tampa_girl7 Pretty went out for a minute a little bit ago and said the grass is dry so she'll go out when the sun is going down and mow a little bit of the yard. The temp here is 96F but the RealFeel is 112F. If she goes out to mow, I'll have to go with her to make sure she comes in before she has a problem.

We will have inservices with her in a couple of weeks. She spent the last month of school coming in and visiting and getting acquainted with us.

Oh, and our school secretary retired as well. Lots of changes, but that seems to be the nature of things.

She likely will. A lot of care went into the process when our principal moved up to superintendent.
