Never heard of anyone dying drinking too much water and this young mother of 2 died with that.
She felt extremely dehydrated and started drinking water and consumed a lot of it in minutes. Too much water dilutes the electrolytes in one's body and the electrolytes fail to support the body leading to fatality It even affects the mind leading to confusion and disorientation

Cannot imagine water can kill if one drinks too much of it at one go

But who would have thought even too much water would do that. I do know too much water is a load on our bladder and kidneys

@RubyHawk But I am sure within limits. Also one does not have to gulp down liters at one shot and that is what this lady did.
