This year is toughest to our company, company lost a lot of orders, now there are far less working time at production line, the staff in production department lost three work hours each day, accordingly, lost pay of three hours each day.As an engineer, there is little new product development tasks, mostly we spend time on old product cost down. Now the situation show that this company is declining,no future here. Thus,i am thinking whether i should jump to another company.I have been in this company 12years,was used to working here.but keeping a work without future is not wise.I don't think the company will recover from concession,i am hesitating about job change.Hope i can make a decision soon.

I hope you can find another company you're comfortable working for if you decide to leave. Good luck!

@jefferson126 In the US, age would be a problem if you were looking for a new job. I hope it isn't the same in China. You're welcome.

@DaddyEvil ,Unfortunately,China had bigger population than US,in a sense, maybe competition is hotter, old age is disadvantage for career here.

I wish you the best. If you feel like the company will no longer recover better to look for other opportunities while you can still find some. What products does your company make? .

If it is going downhill and you have another opportunity, maybe it's time to go. I know times are hard for so many, it can be rather frightening.

@jefferson126 It's hard to start over, but sometimes, a person has to do it to survive. I hope you can figure it out, I realize it must be very difficult.
