A Beautiful Sunset Followed the Beastly Storm

Last night's storm took its toll on some of the campers here in the park. The family that was tent camping in the site next to ours saw their tent and canopy get blown down. They were waiting out the storm in their SUV.
Another family in a tow-behind camper also bugged out either last night or early this morning. It is quiet in the campground.
It is also cool. The temp is in the mid-70sF with a light breeze, but the skies are clear and sunny. I will be putting the screen room back up later this morning.
The photo is of the sunset last night. When we walked the dogs after the storm passed, we were greeted by this awesome display of nature's beauty.
K is working remotely today. That means I got kicked off the dining table as that is where she spreads out her work. Once I get the screen room set up, I'll move out there.

That is a beautiful sunset!
Our day started off at 62F and made it to 71F by noon but it is 87F at 4 pm. I hope it didn't get that hot for you.

@DaddyEvil Y'all are expecting storms tonight and we're supposed to wake up to rain and possible thunderstorms that will continue on and off throughout the day tomorrow into tomorrow night. I don't think I'll be getting much outdoor activity done.

@DWDavis We only reached 84F today and this morning stayed 72F... It's hot and humid out there now. Pretty tried to go bike riding after we got a new tube and fixed her bike. She only rode about a mile and came home dripping. The forecast says 100% chance of rain/storms this afternoon/evening. It's rumbling outside now.
The pavement and the close houses concentrates the heat.

That's a beautiful sunset. We didn't have any rain yesterday. We could use some. My week has been OK. I will get out today to go to a doctor's appointment; and then we will go out to eat. Enjoy your day.

I had a nice day yesterday, if a little warm. K was working remotely in the rig, so I wound up relegated to the screen room to write. It wasn't awful. Lots of shade and a good fan kept it from being too hot. Still, I was quite done in by dinner time.

Wow, what a gorgeous sunset! I’m glad you are okay. They were showing photos of trees on cars and trees on RVs all over the place yesterday.

@DWDavis We had one a couple of nights ago but no damage. About a week before that had four branches down from one tree
