The bus was late getting to the pickup point this morning. Actually they brought a van for us. Our handicap accessible bus decided to go in "limp mode" as the guys were saying. It took 2.5 hours to drive it about 8 miles to the repair shop.
As Terry the bus driver said this morning, they have had all summer to check it over and put it in top running order, why is it not already taken care of.
So we could not haul either of the students who are using wheel chairs.
The ride in the van this morning was really nice, because the air conditioner works well.
For my lunch break my husband picked me up and took me to renew my driver's license. That went smoothly as well.
He was at the library this afternoon, and I came straight home and lay down for a nap for an hour and a half.
For supper we had cheeseburgers, with aged sharp cheddar cheese, tomatoes, butter lettuce, thinly sliced onions and dill pickles. Yum.
I am not sure how long it will take to repair the bus.
Right now I would like to go right back to bed. Good night.

As hot as it is right now, I would have uhm... 
accidentally put the bus out of service, too. Air conditioning is a must in a vehicle.

I'm sorry the bus broke down but at least the van had air conditioning for you and the students. Terry is right, why weren't the buses checked over the summer to make sure they would be in good working order.
Your dinner sounds good. We opted for simple hot dogs. We enjoyed them. Have a good night

I hope it will be fixed soonest. As for me, I am trying to check taxi drivers that can be a school bus for my niece. We are going to be fully transferred to this new apartment. Hopefully, I can find someone to bring her to school, and I can do the same thing with my youngest brother. It is quite challenging, but we need to keep on adjusting to changes, which is why we were born this way.

I'm sorry the bus wasn't in working condition. Having AC in a vehicle is a must! Enjoy your day.
