Today I had boiled prawn curry with rice. In India the smaller ones are called shrimps. The bigger ones are called prawns. There are giants called lobsters. The food with oil and chillies taste lovely with rice.

I love a good curry! Especially if it is the right amount of spice. I like spicy foods, but I can only tolerate so much heat. My favorite is good old chicken curry, but sometimes I do indulge in a seafood curry with lots of steaming, hot rice.
