Yesterday at the RV Show

I spent most of my Friday at the RV Show at the State Fairgrounds. From 10 to 1, I worked at the camping club booth, answering questions from interested parties about the club.
After my shift, I spent some time looking at the new RVs on display. K and I are not looking for a new camper, but I did spot a 31-foot Class A motorhome that I might have been talked into considering, except for one minor detail. The bed was only 74" long, and I am 75" tall.
Doctors say that people shrink as they age. Maybe in a couple of years, I'll fit. For now, we'll stick with what we have.
Have you ever found something you wanted only to find one detail that turned out to be a deal-breaker?

Can't that I have wanted something lately but one detail became the deal-breaker.
Our niece and her fiancée bought a 5th wheel this summer. He works as a supervisor setting up solar farms around the country. They felt this was the best investment for them rather than looking for hotels/places to rent that would accept them and their pets (a cat and a dog). They both seem to really like their trailer as they travel.

I think I could live in one anymore. Especially if I could hook the toilet up so I didn't have to empty it

Glad you enjoyed the RV Show, That is unfortunate that the best was too small sound like they must have made it for some average height, Usually, the deal breakers I have had have been because of the price.

Too bad about the RV. I usually find something I don't like in a car. One little detail that I don't care for. Enjoy your Sunday.
