It has been more than 3 days that we are experiencing nonstop rain. We have been enduring two typhoons: Goring and Hanna. Due to unsxheduked power outage, I had incurred 8 absences with my classes online last night. It will surely affect my monthly performance with the company. I hope I would not receive second warming. I cannot dispute the incident because of lack of proof. How's the weather in your own world?

I hope everything will be fine. I need to be more vigilant when it comes to power outage and depend on the strong typhoon that may come. It is so cold here in my city for almost four days now.

@Shavkat I'm sorry it's cold there. Can you buy a generator for electricity if the power goes out?

@DaddyEvil I had my generator, but it was broken. I was so preoccupied to deal with it due to moving from the old place to hear.

Another issue is, the ISP was so down at that time.

The weather in my neighborhood is warm outside with a little bit of rain earlier this week with a fire warning in my state due to the drought conditions outside.

@Shavkat So far outside of a fire north of Lake Charles in a town called Merryville, the town had some fire problems.

We have sunny and warm weather this week. That's too bad, I hope they do not take these absences against you. It's force majeure, there is nothing you can do to prevent the typhoons nor the power outage. You can try and find a place with power, but not without risking your own safety.

I felt bad about it. I am trying to console myself that it would be fine and it will not happen again next time. I need to let the mechanic to fix my generator soon.

I did let them know about and in fact, they knew what the current situation. They just so meticulous with the requirements to overturn the situation.

Super typhoon Soala just visited HK yesterday. The highest typhoon warning signal 10 was hoisted. Very strong wind and heavy rain. The typhoon left this morning. But we still have heavy rain.

Thats a bit high level. The weather forecast was informed us that some parts of my country flagged number 4. I hope typhoon Hanna will go away soon.

That’s crazy! They should be able to tell your region was effected by the typhoons. I really hope you won’t be reprimanded. It is extremely hot and humid here, plus very dry.

I am trying to appeal to remove the tagged absences. I gave them all the proofs to backup my claim, but they are not convince. So, I gave up despite having all the links and the like.
