By the end of the day yesterday, we had received word that the bus replacement had decided to turn the job down. I am disappointed. The bus ride is part of what makes me sore. This is a long weekend. I have several things I want to get done. I may just do it, too. In order to help Bob I am looking into anti inflammatory diets and I am positive it would help us both. Mainly it consists of fewer processed foods as well as more fruits, vegetables and plant based foods. Taking it easy sounds like the plan for me today.

I am not doing much. Mostly fussing at Bob. It is 97 right now.

I know you wouldn’t do this, but I’m curious, what would happen if you just refused to do it because of health reasons? Would you get fired? Like I said, I know you wouldn’t.

I have thought it, though. I do not know if I would get fired, as they need me in the building as well. I have a personal limit set, not shared, and then I will quit both if things are not better.
