An Interesting Fact about Lightning

I read that US Park Ranger Roy C. Sullivan from Virginia holds the record for the person most times struck by lightning - and living to tell the tale. He was struck 7 times over the course of 41 years, isn't that crazy?

I was soo very surprised when this happened to my cousin in Florida!!! listen to this! about 8 years ago my at the time 12 yr old cousin was outside and he was hit by lightning!! it went all the way threw him right out his shoes!!!He was on the Maury Polvich show back then and I taped it..when i saw his shoes..I cried..I never have seen them but once in my life..and i was tooo young to remeber them..but his shoes were totally fried!! and what i dont understand..he was knocked out for a few mins andtaken to the ER..but no long term problems ..and hes very much well..isnt life amazing?

Is that true ? in my country there are lots of lightining but i had not heard of anyone surive after getting stuck by lightning.

I know a couple of people that have survived getting struck by lighting. I guess it all depends on how strung the current is and how long the shock actually last.

That is surprising.

I don't really know. But, that's alot of people who lives out of 10.
