Home from the River / myLot

K and I had a great weekend on the river. The temperatures were moderate, the sky was cloudless. We are home now. Our boys are also home from Ireland after their two weeks spent traveling around the Emerald Isle. The first thing they did before they left Dublin was start making a list of all the things they wanted to see on their next visit. They have no idea when that will be. Probably many years from now. I've spent this afternoon working on promoting my books and stories. Now, even though it's barely past 8 p.m. I will probably be going to bed soon. I hope you all had a nice weekend. How does the week ahead look?

Boring weekend, which I like. Fence will be put up tomorrow as long as it doesn’t rain. Rescheduled doctors appointment this week, then Putt Putt state finals this weekend.

@DWDavis — a fan this year. My back has been way too messed up all year. I’m going to the doctor Thursday and I’ll ask him to put me back in physical therapy.

@DWDavis There is still more to throw, but in a couple of months we should have finished and we do not need to keep that storage place for longer.

Glad you had a great weekend! I've been to Ireland a couple of times but there is still much I would like to see, must go again soon! (The last visit was more than 20 years ago already!)

I would love to go to Ireland for an entire summer. Rent a cottage overlooking the sea on the outskirts of a small village with a good pub and spend the summer writing and exploring.

Wow, it must have been incredible for them to talk so soon about going back, and actually talk about what else they want to see. This week I have a couple doctor appointments, grocery shopping, and the best part is meeting up with my best friend. It’s been a month since we’ve seen each other, and we are celebrating her getting her second Masters.

I think they both deserved a memorable trip like the one they took. Both have been working hard over the last several years working to achieve amazing goals and the trip was a great way for them to celebrate.

I had a good weekend. My week may be busy. My uncle's old washer finally broke down. My mother wants to get hers that she had when she was living in an apartment. It is across the street at my great-aunt's house. We hope to do the switch this afternoon. And Textbroker has work. And I am trying to decide what to get on Amazon.
