Feel like a coke

A couple of years ago I had it after a party we had and that was the first time I had it as I never have soft drinks I go for fresh juicies. I got addicted to it so soon that I started having it but thanks to lung congestion I had to stop having it and from then on I never touched it Suddenly today I am getting the urge to go for it again but I will not give in. How difficult is it for you to get away from any addiction?

The longest time that I stopped drinking coffee is more than three years. Since I am working two shifts now, I started to have some decaffeinated one and balanced it with blue tea.

I had substance misuse issues some years ago and it was hard to stop but I managed it in the end. Honestly, I don't think an occasional Coke will do you any harm I used to drink normal Coke and have now started drinking Coke Zero which I now prefer to the original.

I never have soft drinks. It was only once and imagine I felt like having more Good you have fought your addiction
