Good morning from a sunny UK I've been dwelling on a bad occurrence when I was first in hospital Within 24 hours my brain cleared. I found the ward I was in was pleasant I'd lost my inhaler and was promised another one This did not happen. I was becoming very ill again. An Orderly wagged her finger in my face and told me I was stressing her out. I can look after myself so I replied "do that again I'll bite your finger off" I felt like kicking her ample backside too. I wouldn't let her take my sats but then she asked if she could check my blood sugar. She scratched my finger so spitefully it bled hard She said I didn't need an inhaler as I was on oxygen. I told her that did not open my airways. I also called her a silly cow At 7AM I asked if I could call my husband. She buzzed around me saying it was too early to call someone. I told her to buzz off. There is much more to this but I still find it distressing. The son of a 90 year old lady complained about her. I have not put in a formal complaint yet.
