Update on Child rapist

A few days ago I did a post about child rapist Stephen Pennington
He had been released from prison on licence but then broke the terms of the licence by going on the run.
He was known to have links with Wigan and Blackpool in the North West of England
Luckily he was arrested yesterday. Local people are relieved he's been caught.

In the US a child kidnap victim has been found safe. People are elated. I think the guy who took her probably wasn't a pedophile, I think it was a crime of opportunity. Someone saw him dropping off a ransom note in her parents mailbox.Prints matched a local no good nik. Glad your predator has been recaptured.

@Gilljane I think yes, and awful for everybody in the community. When she first disappeared it was at a campground and the whole campground was calling for her and looking for her apparently.
