I just washed my hair, trying to get in the habit of doing it twice a week. It's not as bad, I do enjoy being clean. I just don't take a bath daily, like I did as a kid. It does feel good. I've gotten in the habit of a bath when we're going somewhere the next day which keeps them to twice sometimes three times a week. Now that George is retired, he does the same. Only the day of. Except one day, while we were taking a staycation, he actually showed there. He rarely do that. Chilly is on the couch and has stayed there. Not sure if he visited me in the tub today, I wasn't paying attention.

My legs wouldn't support me in a shower and they get shaken if they get too hot or cold. So I have to take a bath.

When it's cold or cool it feels like a catch 22. Comfy while in, miserable when not.

I usually keep to a once a week shower and hair wash but in the hot sweaty weather I might do it twice,

I have a lot of troulble getting into a tub so I use a shower mostly.

The few times I've had to use a shower, I caused a flood and or couldn't walk for a while after. And, one time well most of the times but one, I didn't have my wheelchair. One time in camp, when another girl was in the only tub, I refused to shower all day. I didn't have a wheelchair, then, and wasn't taking a risk.

My hair is oily so I take a bath every day and wash my hair. Sometimes the cats come in and lay on the floor near the tub.

It takes me over an hour from start to finish when I shower; and it tires me out. It's a real pain. Have a great day.
