My New Best Friend

Since I am doing some experiments in the kitchen department, so I purchased a hand mixer. I am tired of using the wisp in mixing the ingredients lately. As of today, I used it in making "choco flan."It will be our dessert for dinner. I am so proud of myself doing these cooking simple sweet desserts lately. I am not into baking yet. I need more time to learn this.

Not much into cooking.
Yet if you were to come to my house, you would be treated to s good Cup of Tea, probably with Ginger, Cardamom and Fennel.
We do use a manual chopper for Tomato and Onion cutting.

I like cooking and baking but haven't had the energy lately to do much of either one... I'm always feeling tired and want to rest. I'm glad you're enjoying yourself.

In my family, my younger brother and sister are good at cooking. Since my sister is living in another city and my brother works during daytime, I am forced to do the cooking and baking in the house. This is the downside for not learning it with my lovely mom. Now, I am learning it in a har way. But I love doing them now.
