Choco Flan in the House / myLot

Let me share my new masterpiece with the help of my new hand mixer. This is called "choco flan." it is a choco version of "leche flan" or caramel custard. I am starting to enjoying doing desserts lately. My next cooking project is baking a chocolate cake. I might do it next week. Are you cooking something special today?

Appears to be loaded with calories though..everything that tastes good is alwyas full of calories

I think it is fine. You can burn it by doing exercises. Unless you are having a sedentary lifestyle.

I don't have any cooking plans right now. I just want to try eating many kinds of leche flan or caramel custard. Pardon me. If i will have seen a lot of them maybe i will buy some desserts.
