I had been a fan of Bargain Hunt since it first began, but a couple of years ago I became very bored with it because they were always showing repeats of the show. I can cope with seeing a first repeat , but they seemed to be showing the same episodes over and over again.
Then , last year I saw that this book was being published , so I waited until it turned up in my local library and then I borrowed it. I was looking forward to seeing lots of glossy photos of the antiques and the people involved in the show. Now I am disappointed because apart from some illustrated black and white drawings of antiques, there were no pictures in it at all. However, there was some interesting written content that involved advice from the experts and stories from the show.

It is a shame because most books about antiques normally show lovely pictures. All the other books that I have read about television shows also show pictures of the things that have been done on the show.

It is, and I think people can learn something from it.

I'm sorry the pictorial aspects of the book were a disappointment. Hopefully you got something out of the written content. Have a good day.
