As I said, there is a bit of activity going on next door. Bob went over to chat.
Seems it is two guys who are going to empty the house, remodel and repair it from the inside out, and then move their mother in from Arkansas. It will be spring before that happens.
I hope they bull doze the garage as it is leaning. That would give them access to clean up the back yard, which is hilly and overgrown with small trees, and poison ivy.
It could be a nice change. I am not sure where they are from, Bob says not in town but somewhere nearby.
I guess that will be part of my winter entertainment.

I guess it will be. My parents enjoy watching the goings on across the street because the neighbors have 3 kid and about 3 dogs. Something is always happening over there.

So far this only involves grown ups and that is fine with me. I can see the kids at school.

I hope they didn't evict anyone from there to make this happen. I also hope that their mother lives long enough to enjoy it.

No one has been living there for more than the eight years we have been in the neighborhood. It is not habitable at this time. It will be good for the community to have it fixed up.

I hope that the mother can safely live on her own, Almost sounds like they fix it up for her and then move her in and disappear, I hope that is not the case but then again they mom might not be too hold,

They live out in the country between here and the school, I think. Obviously with horse trailers they have live stock. I bet they will be good to their mom.

Fixing up the house for their mom is really nice of those guys. Certainly will keep you entertained and hopefully the lady is nice that will be moving in.

Wow! You're next door neighbours are having a renovation? I'm a big Homes Under the Hammer fan, and I like to see what people do with the houses and places when they renovate them!
