Not really. My new glasses will be over $600. Since I wear them all day, every day, and will keep them at least two years the price per use is very low. After my eye exam we went to Wal Mart. I had to have printer ink. I bought a few other things, but they did not have all I needed. We then went to Hardees in the Love's Travel Store in McPherson. I have never been disappointed there. The people are really nice as well. I had a mushroom and Swiss cheese burger. We went the long way home so that we could buy some precooked sausage patties that Bob loves. We have a crockpot full of vegetable beef soup, and I will make a rice pudding. Yummy. I am just hanging out online.

Your burger sounds delicious, Perfectly normal for glasses you will use every day, I love the Great Value sausage patties and always get those when I order my groceries from Walmart, I hope you have a good start to the weekend,

I remember the first time my dad had to pay $500 for glasses about 9 years ago. His eyes about popped out of his head. It just seems wrong for you have to pay over $600 for glasses, but then a lot of things seem wrong.

I wear my glasses a minimum of two years and sometimes longer. A previous pair I had for almost six years until they told me I'd have to pay full price on a new pair if they broke. Two years ago I had extra money to use up in my flex so I purchased two pair. One is purple and the other is blue. I wear them both.

It's been a long time since I ate at Hardees, the one close to our home went out of business. And their mushroom swiss burger was always my favorite there. I made veggie beef soup this week too, still have a little left for tomorrow. Glad you got your glasses.

Sorry you took such a hit with the glasses. We have vision coverage to pay for a portion of glasses expense. I hope you and Bob have a good weekend.

It sounds like you've had a pleasant day. You remind me that I am overdue on dealing with eyeglasses.
